How To Order A Portrait

Defining the specifics of the portrait …

  • Enclose at least 3 photographs of your pet (the more photos the better!). Try to select the best photos possible with some close-ups of the face. The eyes are key.
  • Write down the type of animal including the breed or mix of breeds.
  • Include the eye color and indicate which photo(s) best represents the coloring of your animal. For example write “photo #1 (sitting by the pool) has the eye color and photo #3 (eating Dad”s slippers) has the coat coloring
  • Include any information that will convey his or her personality and what the mood of the portrait should be. For example do you want a noble pose or a smiling face. Your photos should help me with this.
  • Print out the order form and send it to the address at the bottom of this page.

Pricing …

  • Oil: head portrait (8×10 inch) – $500*
  • Oil: full body (11×14 inch) – $750*
  • Pastel: head portrait (16×20 inch) – $125*
  • Pastel: full body (16×20 inch) – $150*
  • Pastel: full body in customized environment (16×20 inch) – $175*
  • Pastel: additional pets in painting – $50 each

*plus insured shipping. All pastel portraits are shipped in flat in a lucite box.

Pastel & Oil custom wildlife scenes range in cost. please contact me so that we can discuss special arrangements. Other size paintings are also available.

Where to send …

  1. Include a money order or check payable to Colleen Rowan Kosinski
  2. Shipping and handling is dependent on location and portrait size. Email me and I will gladly give you a quote.
  3. Allow 4-6 weeks for delivery. If it is a gift that needs delivery by a certain date please jot it down and I will try to accommodate you.
  4. An acknowledgment of your order and an estimate of delivery date will be sent to you upon receipt via e-mail or surface mail (please specify).

All photos will be returned with the painting.
